Video walkthrough
A full video of the street, the build quality, the front and the gas, water and power connections.
Record check
We check the Fard at the Arazi Record Center (PLRA) and the Sub-Registrar office.
Power of Attorney
Help preparing a PoA attested by the Pakistan Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Bank transfers
Guidance on paying through official channels, such as a Roshan Digital Account.
How a remote purchase works
The whole deal runs on WhatsApp and video, step by step.
- Share what you want. Send your budget, size and preferred area, such as Hayat Abad houses or a home in Model Town.
- Site visit and video. Naeem Siddhu visits the house, records it, checks gas and water, and asks the neighbours about the seller.
- Record check. We match the Fard with the seller's CNIC and look for any dispute or loan.
- Payment and registry. You pay through a bank. Your attorney or you sign the registry, then the intiqal is done in your name. See the registry and intiqal steps.

Never send bayana to a dealer or relative before you have seen the Fard yourself, even if it is family.

Can I buy property in Chichawatni without coming to Pakistan?
Yes. You give a Power of Attorney to someone you trust, attested by the Pakistan Embassy or Consulate where you live. That person signs the registry for you.
How do I send the money safely?
Use official banking channels, such as a Roshan Digital Account. Do not send cash through people. Bank records also help with your tax file later.
How will I know the house is real and the papers are clean?
We send a full video of the house and street, and check the Fard at the Arazi Record Center before you pay. You see the papers before any bayana.
What tax will I pay as a buyer?
If you are a filer you pay 1.25% under section 236K, plus 1% Punjab stamp duty. Being a filer saves a lot, so check your status first.
